A case that involved years of week inquest testimony often very technical and countless hours of media analysis proved to be simple enough for the jury weighs whether Casey Anthony killed her daughter.
At the beginning of their second day of deliberations, the 12 men and women, concluded the 25-year-old lied to investigators, but not guilty of the death of her child.
Now Anthony is waiting to see if he could spend his first night in jail for nearly three years since he was first indicted in this case. She was only found guilty of four counts of the crime of lying to investigators Tuesday and it is possible that the judge could sentence and Belvin Perry served his sentence for these crimes. The four counts of lying to sheriff's deputies each a maximum sentence of one year.
Anthony has been jailed since his arrest on murder charges in October 2008 in the first degree. He avoided a possible death sentence for his acquittal of the head to kill. The case began in July 2008 when Caylee Anthony was reported missing.
